Refund policy

Every Good Night Moon Child piece is printed by hand, just for you, after the presale closes. Because everything is made to order, here's how returns and changes work.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order for a full refund until the presale closes on Wednesday, October 28. Just email hello@goodnightmoonchild.com. After that, your piece goes to print, so all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges

Since everything is made to order, we don't accept returns. We typically don't have extra stock on hand for size exchanges, since these are small capsules in very limited-edition prints, so please check the sizing notes on each product and in our FAQ before ordering.

Damaged or misprinted items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Garment-dyed pieces

Our Why I Came to Earth and Mothers Against the Machine tees are individually garment dyed, so every piece takes the color a little differently. This is part of what makes each one unique and isn't considered a defect.
